Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account to book?

No. You book with your name and phone number or email, and get a link to manage the booking. If you sign in, your bookings are collected in one place.

Does it cost anything to book?

No. You pay the business the price shown, and nothing to Nollby Service. Some businesses ask for a deposit when you book; it is taken off the price.

How do I cancel or move a booking?

Use the link in your confirmation. Each business sets how late you can cancel free of charge, and it is shown before you book.

How do the reviews work?

Reviews can only be left through the link of a completed booking, one per booking. Businesses can reply but cannot remove them.

How do I pay?

You pay the business directly: online by card when the business offers it (in Sweden also Swish or Klarna), or at the appointment. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach Nollby Service.
